Can pilots and ground staff see other sites' data?
No. Pilots see only the jobs they're assigned to; operation leads see only the projects they're assigned to. Site-scoped data stays within site-specific contracts.
What's included in the audit log?
Every mutation and sensitive read — append-only, attributed, timestamped. INSERT-only at the database level, so it can't be quietly edited or deleted.
